At CanStayFit, our philosophy on fitness is that everyone has their own path to fitness success and our goal is to help as many people as possible along in their journey. Society places an unhealthy emphasis on our appearance, which can place unnecessary stress on people to attain an impossible level of fitness to achieve “the look”. We’re not about that life as there is no one “look” or workout that is ideal for everyone.

 

In our opinion, fitness is best when it is fun, sustainable, and accessible for as many people as possible. We will be using this section of the website to highlight:

  • Different workouts to try for home, gym, and outside

  • General tips, advice, and ideas to incorporate a more active lifestyle

  • Featured fitness professional or business

  • Specialty gyms, bootcamps, and intramural leagues around Toronto and  Durham

  • Sport/ fitness related charity events and initiatives
